Yes, our clinicians are Registered Physiotherapists, Registered Massage Therapists, and Registered Kinesiologists. Coverage is available by most extended health care plans depending on your personal plan. Our office can directly bill most major extended benefit plans on your behalf. Please check with your insurance provider to understand your individual plan coverage prior to beginning treatment should you have questions.
Yes, we are able to direct bill to most insurance providers if requested. Please bring your coverage card to your first appointment.

We wish to make your visit effortless. A doctor’s referral is not required
1. To bill some extended health benefit plans, a doctor’s referral may be needed
2. ICBC and WSBC do not require a doctor’s referral
- Arrive on time.
- Wear loose fitting, comfortable clothing
- Bring shorts if it is a low back, hip, or knee injury
- Wear a loose fitting t-shirt or tank top if it is shoulder injury
- Information from your doctor if given to you
- Bring a list of questions you would like to discuss
During COVID-19, masks will be mandatory during all treatment sessions (for both you and your therapist). We request that you bring your own mask to your appointment.
Thank you for asking! If you need to cancel or move your appointment, 24 hours of advanced notice is required. No shows and late cancellations will be charged the full appointment fee. This fee cannot be billed to insurance providers.
For last minute illness/covid related issues restricting in-person attendance we will switch to a virtual visit to continue your care and to avoid a cancellation fee.
We require a credit card on file for all bookings. Your credit card will not be charged without verbal or written notification.
If you need to cancel an appointment between Saturday evening and Monday morning, please do so online.
Yes, there is free parking in the Underground Office Visitor parking (2 hour stalls), accessed from Skyline Drive. Please park in L0 and press 8 on the outside elevator panel. Please provide our administrative team with your license plate number so we can validate your 2 hours of free parking.
