Clinical Pilates is facilitated one-to-one by a Registered Physiotherapist and can be billed to available extended health plans when rehabilitating a health condition. Physiotherapists, in addition to being experienced in general orthopedics, have advanced post graduate training which includes assessing for mobility, stability, and the ability to provide therapy to help you reach your rehabilitation goals.  

Coverage for Physiotherapy is available by most extended health care plans depending on your personal plan. Our office can directly bill most major extended benefit plans on your behalf. Please check with your insurance provider to understand your individual plan coverage prior to your assessment should you have questions.

An initial 45-minute Clinical Pilates assessment is $135. A 45-minute follow-up Clinical Pilates visit is $135. A 30-minute follow-up Clinical Pilates visit is $100

This depends on your unique needs! We do find follow ups will help you reach your desired goals by continued monitoring and progression of your exercise therapy program. It is helpful to book these in advance if there is a time slot you prefer.
