Frequently Asked Questions
Physiotherapists, in addition to being experienced in general orthopedics, have advanced post graduate training which includes assessing for mobility, gait, and the ability to provide specific exercises to help you reach your goal of running safely and happily.
Coverage for Physiotherapy is available by most extended health care plans depending on your personal plan. Our office can directly bill most major extended benefit plans on your behalf. Please check with your insurance provider to understand your individual plan coverage prior to your assessment should you have questions.
An initial 60-minute running assessment is $135. A follow-up running assessment visit is $100
This depends on your unique needs! We do not have a prescribed set of follow ups as this will depend on the support and reassessment you will need in clinic, with self-management and exercise at home. That said, most often there will be a follow up after your initial assessment within 4 weeks, so it is helpful to book this in advance if there is a time slot you prefer.
