KINESIOLOGIST
Natalie discovered her passion for movement rehabilitation following an ACL injury back when she was involved in school athletic teams. Since then, she has graduated from Simon Fraser University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and is a Registered Kinesiologist with the BCAK. She is also a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. Natalie holds various other certifications such as FMS Level 1, BC Sports Aid, and CFES Fitness Theory.
With over 5 years of combined experience working in both clinical and recreational settings, Natalie has acquired a breadth of knowledge working alongside various rehabilitation and fitness professionals. Exposure to these environments has further solidified her understanding of various musculoskeletal conditions and expanded her ability to customize functional and physical exercises to a diverse clientele. She believes in listening and addressing the needs of her patients while empowering them to participate in their recovery. Whether you are seeking to cope with an existing injury or looking to enhance your movement and function, Natalie strives to assist you in building healthy and maintainable habits that last beyond her sessions.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys powerlifting, ATVing and checking out new restaurants.
