Stephanie Katz
MASSAGE THERAPIST - RMT
Stephanie completed her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia and her Diploma of Massage Therapy at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy. Having grown up playing various sports, working with the UBC Men’s Rugby team as a student trainer, and witnessing family members navigate chronic pain firsthand, these experiences sparked a deep appreciation for how the body heals, adapts, and returns to movement. This interest naturally grew into a passion for helping others feel and function at their best.
Stephanie brings a collaborative, goal-oriented approach to each session, blending clinical knowledge with a welcoming, patient-centred style. She applies a variety of massage therapy techniques, including Myofascial release, Swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations. Above all, she is motivated by a genuine desire to help others feel more connected to their bodies in order to promote balance and overall wellness.
When she is not in the clinic, Stephanie enjoys playing badminton, spikeball, and Mahjong; cooking a delicious meal (or finding one at a new restaurant); and spending time with family and friends.
