Andy Chu


Andy completed his Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia.  His treatment philosophy consists of utilizing a variety of manual therapy techniques, IMS/dry needling, patient education, and individualized exercises to tailor to each client’s needs. His approach is to empower patients to take an active role in their recovery process and help them achieve the results they want. As a life-long learner, with a passion and commitment to using evidence-based research in his practice, he successfully achieved the internationally recognized designation of Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physical Therapists (FCAMPT) in 2023. Andy is extremely honored to impact the Burnaby community he grew up in. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and has a working knowledge in Mandarin.  Outside of the clinic, he believes in giving back to the community by volunteering at local sports events. He is also a huge Vancouver Canucks fan and enjoys playing sports recreationally such as tennis, soccer, golf, and basketball.
