Mary Stern


Mary completed her Master of Physical Therapy at the University of British Columbia. She has further postgraduate training in IMS (dry needling), Vestibular Therapy, Advanced Orthopedics and Pelvic Health. She is a Registered Yoga Instructor and pursuing comprehensive clinical pilates training. Mary loves treating clients of all ages, injuries and conditions through manual therapy, dry needling and movement analysis. She has experience working with competitive athletes, weekend warriors, mva and post-operative patients as well as specializing in Perinatal Orthopedics and Women's Health at BC Women's hospital. Mary facilitates empowerment and transformation with a compassionate and individualized approach to each patient. When she's not doing what she loves at work she is busy chasing her kids' dance and hockey dreams, doing yoga, meditating, hiking and playing basketball in her cul-de-sac.
